A few more notes of interest about "Worst Album Ever":

Stealing Like A Hobbit

The most requested song of 2003 thus far on "The Dr. Demento Show" (as of 9-18-03).

House Party At Arkham Asylum

I got the idea for this song back in 1998 or so.  I even recorded some chorus vocals with my friends at a party at my place in Kansas City over Labor Day weekend in 1998.  I was never able to get it together until now.  I wanted my friend Jennifer "Loopy" Smith to do the voice of Harley Quinn, but she fell off the face of the earth, so I had to do the voice myself.  My impressions specifically are the Mark Hamill version of the Joker, and the Jim Carrey version of the Riddler.

The Ballad Of Optimus Prime - featuring the Nick Atoms

I got the idea for this song while I was in the Wisconsin Dells with Stephanie a day or two after we got married.  Little did she know that during one day of our pre-honeymoon getaway trip, I spent most of the day thinking about Transformers singing Irish drinking songs.  I am hoping that the live-action Transformers movie is released sometime in 2005, so that people will think I wrote the song for the movie 2 years from now.

Fangirls, Shake That Booty! - with Hot Waffles

For the first time ever, Luke Ski is labeled as OFFENSIVE!  At least that is what some random family types felt at Milwaukee Gamefest 2003 when myself and Tony Goldmark (subbing for Chris Waffle) performed it live at their masquerade contest.  These same people were also offended that the winner of the contest was a chick in a chain mail bikini.  What I have to wonder is, is they were that easily offended, what were they doing at a convention in the first place?  Anyway...  I look forward to performing this song live with Chris Waffle someday.  And it goes without saying, that at any live performance of this song, females are encouraged to get up and dance.  You can even join us on stage if you like.  It certainly added to the act at GenCon Indy 2003 when it was performed live for the first time.

The Pirate Song - by Tony Goldmark

My theory is, if you take something, and you add a goat to it, it makes it funnier.

Ozzman - by Sudden Death

At this time (9-18-03), it is the #4 most requested song of 2003 on "the Dr. Demento Show".

Gowron Said Knock You Out - featuring Ookla The Mok

This is a live version of a song from my first CD, "Fanboys 'n da Hood", which is now out of print.

88 Lines About 44 Simpsons

This is remade and lyrically updated version of a song from my second CD, "Shadows of the Bunghole", which is also now out of print.

Ode To Mrs. Grass Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a real product.  Go out and buy 2 boxes of it.  One for yourself, and one to give to me the next time you see me live in concert.

Gilbert Explains It All

These were all recorded on the first take.

Yes, We Have No Bananas - featuring The Nick Atoms

This was also recorded on the first take.  I have video tape to prove it.

Rare black CD variant:

About 50 of the original 1,000 printed have on CD printing that is black with silver lettering.  They were all supposed to be that way, but it was switched to silver with black lettering because the folks at RSRT said they felt the black wasn't looking as good, so I gave them permission to switch.  So, if your CD is black, you have a rarity there my friend.

A batch of CDs printed with glitches:

On a similar but unfortunate note, I have just discovered through fans that have purchased the CD that many of them have identical glitches in them.  They are during the songs "Play That Filky Music" (Track 12), "Mr. Worf" / "Gowron Said Knock You Out" (Track 13), and "Ode To Mrs. Grass Chicken Noodle Soup" (Track 16).  This is a mistake which happened at the printing level, and there is no way for me to tell by looking at them in their shrink-wrapped ready-to-sell state which CDs have glitches and which CDs are okay.  I haven't contacted RSRT yet to inform them of this and to see if they are willing to replace the defective CDs, but once I have and a solution is found, I will list it here so those who would like their CDs replaced can do so.  I apologize for this, it was not a part of the "Worst Album Ever" plan.
