Luke Ski's HUGE MarsCon 2006 Report:
Friday:
After getting all the Dementia/Luke Ski, Buffy, and Gothsicles fliers up by
11:00 am, I took care of the rest of my pre-con chores and got over to the main
stage so I could get all Vamped out. Brian LaBounty, Earl Luckes and I rehearsed
the sketch Brian had written with added jokes by Earl and I. Soon Opening
Ceremonies began.
Opening Ceremonies:
The sketch was about three out of work Vampires hanging out at a bar lamenting
over the fact that they can’t find any work ever since “Buffy” and
“Angel” went off the air. We looked awesome in our vamp make-up, and the
sketch was very well received by the audience. Special shout-out to
"Blasted Bill" Putt for providing an added punch-line at the very end
of the sketch.

Friday
Night Improv with Dean Haglund:
Dean Haglund (Langley from “the X-Files”,
“the Lone Gunmen”) did his one-man comedy show in which he uses improv games
and audience suggestions to make up an X-Files episode on the spot. I’ve seen
him do this at several conventions, and it is always a good time. I joined him
on-stage to play the part of Mulder in his ‘Blind Line’ game, where members
of the audience wrote random sentences down on pieces of paper, and we had to
pick them up during the scene and read them aloud, justifying what we were
saying into the sketch. Many of my fans in the crowd put lines in that were
references to things I knew about, and I think I covered them nicely. It was a
blast, and even cooler, you can purchase the whole performance on DVD from his
website http://www.deanhaglund.com !
(Note: You can also buy a DVD of his GenCon SoCal 2005 improv show featuring a
similar cameo by me!) Be sure to find out about his laptop ChillPaks, and tell
him Luke Ski sent you! :)
After that, I had a lovely and yummy dinner with Carrie and her mom, and then
returned for…
The Gothsicles
Holy friggin’ crapnuggets on a stick. No, that’s not how I would describe
the Gothsicles, that’s how I would describe the reaction from the crowd, a
decent mix of seated dementia fans and unseated goth music fans, who all went
crazy when darkNES and DJ EYG blew the roof off the place on Friday night. They
clapped, sang along, cheered, and laughed all through their multimedia
extravaganza. Besides the crowd-rocking anthem of “The Konami Code” (Now
available on the tech-dementia CD “Technobabble”), the crowd was slayed by
their tribute song to 8-bit Nintendo's "Platform Game" whose lyrics
were, “THAT’S BULLSHIT, I JUMPED!!!” At one point, Brian shouted “Best
audience ever!!!” I hope he meant it, I think he did. During their song “So
You Want To Become A Goth?” They took photos of the other dementia artists and
many MarsCon patrons and past guests and worked pictures of them into their
video presentation, with the word “GOTH” stamped across them. They ended
their set with a cover of Worm Quartet’s “Get A Real Dog”.
At
this point I must mention and thank Stephanie Wild, my ex-wife/best
friend. She and I walked into the first MarsCon either of us had attended just
over 3 years ago, and ever since then, through our hardships, we have done our
best both together and separately to help MarsCon be the best, most awesome
Sci-Fi party convention with an honest to goodness dementia track that it
possibly can be. Several months ago Steph saw the Gothsicles perform at the
Inferno in Madison, WI, the goth club she hangs out at once or twice a week. As
soon as the show ended, she was on the cel phone to me saying that this act was
an absolute must-have for MarsCon. They next time they performed there, I went,
and I saw just how right she was. I immediately used my influence with the
MarsCon ConCom members to make sure they got booked there. Once they were booked
and I started my usual mass-dementia-populace-pluggery, Steph got on the ball
talking up MarsCon to her friends at the Inferno, spreading the word to the
Madison club scene, and trying to get the word out to the Twin Cities club scene
as well (as well as putting up the fliers for them on Friday morning). I know
many of her friends came from Madison for MarsCon and had a great time and
intend to return next year, and I know all you dementia fans loved the
Gothsicles show. Since Steph had so many friends there, you may not have seen
her as much, but she was there and she was so happy about the Gothsicles
success, and of the success of all the other dementia acts there, completing the
kick-ass line up. So, for the sake of giving credit where credit is due, thank
you again Steph for convincing me to convince them, and supporting funny music
in your own way (which does include pounding drinks with Raymond & Scum and
Hot Waffles at the OdysseyCon Room Party. Pictures to be used as blackmail as
soon as I can get my hands on them.) ;) Back to my report…
Once the Gothsicles show ended, I only had the energy left to do a quick look
around the 13th floor, and then get to bed, for there was much to do the next
day and I needed rest.
Saturday:
After pouring some much too crispy bacon down my throat, I went upstairs to the
Karaoke room for rehearsal for “Buffy The Musical”. Carrie directed everyone
doing an excellent job as usual, while I did the prima-donna thing and worked on
my DVD Concert script with Sound cues on my laptop, hopping up when needed as
Spike. After that, the Luke Ski Fangirls Cheer Squad met in my room for some run
throughs, while I continued to work on the show notes for the sound guy. Then we
got downstairs for the Dementia Block.
The Dementia Block:
Because Dean Haglund’s Q&A had been moved to Saturday at 10:00 am, we
didn’t get any sound check time before the block to set anything up. So, we
did our best coordinating with John Allen, the sound guy, to get all of
the acts up and performing their 30 minute sets as quickly and smoothly as
possible. The MarsCon 2006 Dementia Chair, Earl Luckes did a great job
hosting the afternoon, exuding his charm and wit into the proceedings as any
bacon-loving former robot bass player should. Due to some confusion on Devo
Spice’s part, DJ Particle got up on stage to perform one of her new songs from
her new CD “Round Shiny Thing Inside”. After that, Devo Spice started his “Sudden
Death” show, which is about the time I actually got in the door. Devo did
a great job as usual, and it was a real treat to see “Dead Rappers”
performed with Chris Waffle. His new song “Reign of Error” (Now available on
the tech-dementia CD “Technobabble”) went over great, and he closed as
expected with his #1 of 2005 on Dr. D. hit “Inner Voice” with ShoEboX as the
inner voice. Eric Coleman was up next, and by that time, I had become so
anxious about not having my DVD show notes done, that I ran upstairs to get my
laptop, and finish constructing the last 3 prop signs for my show. Photographic
evidence showed that Eric had made a sign to point out his “Luke Ski Moment”
(note to Eric, ‘Luke Ski’ is two words), and he also did a cover of a Worm
Quartet song, “Wookiee Weeniee”, assisted by Jared Ringold on drums. When I
got back down, I got out my laptop, and started working on the DVD show notes
about a song and a half into
“Worm
Quartet's” set. ShoEboX rocked the hizzy for shizzy as usual,
performing such rarities as “I Can’t Get A Job” from his new rerelease of
“Sumophobia”, as well as new songs like “I’m Not A Girl” and “I’ve
Got A Wife” (Now available on the tech-dementia CD “Technobabble”). He
also had a cool pre-recorded intro featuring an audio cameo by Dr. Demento. “Raymond
and Scum” were up next, along with their Lite Brite sign and Promo the
Promotional Monkey. They brought to the stage Jared Ringold and Earl Luckes of
the Nick Atoms, and upon renaming them ‘The Nixed Atoms’, got on drums and
bass respectively to give us a full-band Raymond & Scum performance. Their
show had many songs from their new album “Suck”, including the hidden track
“Diarrhea”. They ended as hoped with the up tempo version of “Nobody Loves
The Comedy Band”, and the crowd rocked out heartily. Continuing on the Cali
tip, the mighty “Hot Waffles” were up next, with their Banjo &
Bass set up, and their banner duck taped to the back wall. They pulled out some
old classics like “The Order Of The Beast”, and did many songs from their
latest CD “Ready To Laugh? We Don’t Care.” They ended the set with their
anti-prequel anthem “George Lucas Raped Our Childhood” which had all the
geeks singing along.
Music Guest Of Honor: Tom
Smith:
Tom Smith got on the stage and set up quickly after “Hot Waffles”
wrapped up. By my cel phone watch, Tom started about 6 or 7 minutes after 5:00
pm. Tom did a great show, which I was in-and-out of due to me needed to
coordinate things. He did such classics as “Seven Drunken Nights In Space”,
“Callisto”, “Pirate Ninjas From Dino Island” (from his forthcoming
“Last Hero On Earth” CD), and many more. He ended as always with his rockin’
anthem “Rocket Ride”, and finished off his show at about 6:07 pm. Fans went
to the merch tables to buy Tom’s CDs and the CDs of the other artists who were
still set up there, and then quickly exited the room so Masquerade set-up could
begin.
The Masquerade & Half-Time show:
The Masquerade started a full 60 minutes later than it was scheduled to. Please
reread the last paragraph and do some simple math in your head and figure out
for yourself who collectively are not responsible for the delay. Since for the
first time ever in my career there was a need to stall for time before
the Masq even started, and the Belly Dancers had run out of stuff to improvise,
I got up and sang “The Monster Mash” which I originally had planned
for the half-time upon the request of the Masq people several months ago, to go
along with the con’s theme of “Things That Go Bump In The Night”. Finally,
the Masq got going. I didn’t see most of it because I was in the back hallway
preparing for the half-time show and my DVD Concert. My friends Holly and Angie,
who spearheaded the Luke Ski Fangirls Cheer Squad for my DVD Concert, entered
the contest dressed as Slave Girl Leia (Holly) and yellow dress Padme Amidala
(Angie) and did a pantomime about how upset Padme was about Leia’s attire
while the song “Stacy’s Mom” played. Very funny.
After all 21 entries were seen, it was time for the half-time, at which Carrie
Dahlby and I performed “Grease Wars”, complete with the big
banner I had made for Dragon*Con. I personally feel it was one of our best
performances of that song ever, especially considering how many times in the
past few months I had to try to sing it while I was sick. The crowd went nuts
for it, and we took some bows. After that, they needed me to stall for time, so
as asked by the Masq people, I got members of the audience up who were in
costume to show off their costumes. After that, they still needed me to stall
for time. Normally, I have more songs cued up on CD ready to go for this, but
since I was told by the Masq person that my 15 minute “Grease Wars” piece
was going to be way more than needed for the judges to decide the winners, I
didn’t have anything else cued up that wasn’t already slated for my
meticulously planned DVD Concert immediately following the Masq. Waiting just
offstage was Tom Smith, who I asked to make a cameo in my DVD Concert.
Tom got on stage and began to entertain the crowd with “The 12 Days of Star
Wars”, “Cthulu Fthagn” (featuring me, which was what he was going to
do for the DVD anyway, good thing Jared had the cameras rolling), “Talk
Like A Pirate Day”, and “Dead Potters”, and then left the stage
to go find or create a filk room to perform in for the night. However, the Masq
people still needed me to stall for time, so I pulled my little list out of my
back pocket and did my stand-up piece “You Might Be A Trekkie”. Near
the end of that, I got the signal they were finally ready, so I rushed the last
5 or 6 jokes and got offstage. By all appearances, Tom and I kept the audience
happy and entertained for over 35 minutes. Good thing us lowly scrub comedy
musicians were there to save the day, again. To put a happy note on the end of
the Masq, my good friends Holly and Angie won BEST IN SHOW for their Leia &
Amidala costumes! So yay for them and congrats!!! :) Once the Masq ended, Holly
and Angie disappeared to put on their outfits for my show. Once they got
backstage, we got the show rolling, a full hour after it was scheduled to start.
Luke
Ski’s DVD Concert:
Here’s the breakdown of the big show…
Intro - improvised by “Blasted Bill” Putt
The original Luke Ski fan and my good friend, “Blasted Bill” Putt got
up and did an intro for the show, in which he told everyone how meek and humble
I am.
Luke Ski Fangirls Cheer Squad (Jessica, Megan, Kristina, Angie, Moonbeam,
Carrie, and Holly) entrance and cheer, followed by Luke Ski’s entrance
The newly formed Luke Ski Fangirls Cheer Squad hit the stage in their
white and orange outfits with green pom-poms and purple other-things, and did an
opening cheer to bring me on stage.
the
great Luke Ski (a new song) – with the Luke Ski Fangirls Cheer
Squad
Wearing my new orange shag pimp coat (by Carrie Dahlby & Caroll “Mom
Ski” Pearson), purple fedora with green feather, both lined with zebra
stripe fabric, cool sunglasses and my green D20 cane, I performed my new
self-titled rap theme song anthem, with the Cheer Squad joining in on the
choruses.
Fangirls, Shake That Booty! – featuring Hot Waffles with the Luke
Ski Fangirls Cheer Squad (& various audience females)
I brought Chris Waffle to the stage so he and I could perform our tribute
to the gorgeous ladies of fandom. The Cheer Squad surprised everyone
(including me until just before the show) by showing off that on their booties
the words “SKI BUMS” had been embroidered. The song was made more old school
by the breakdancing and robot styles of Timm Waffle, making this the
first ever performance of the song containing both the Waffle brothers. When the
song ended, the Cheer Squad escorted Chris Waffle off the stage. Not a bad
opening to my DVD Concert. >:)
Geeks Of The Industry
To be honest, nothing special here, I just performed the song so I could try to
sell more copies of my new CD. Although I did get some cool extra footage of me
in the vamp make-up for it on Friday which we’ll edit in later.
Map Light – featuring Worm Quartet (& Bill Putt)
Me and ShoEboX, with Bill Putt as the Map Light itself, getting
the crowd to sing along yet again. This is the first time we did it completely
without a script, and we didn’t screw it up too bad. :)
Keanu Man – w/ Raymond P. Whalen as Keanu/Ted & "Bossanova
Bill" Anstedt as Alex/Bill
Coming from out of the sky in a time traveling phone booth (offstage) was Ted
“Theodore” Logan, a.k.a. Keanu Reeves, a.k.a. my good friend Rock and
Roll Ray (http://www.rockandrollray.com).
He was quite confused, but I asked him to help me sing the song I did in
tribute to him. I don’t think anything he said matches the album cut, but hey,
that’s what it’s all about on a live concert DVD. By the end of the song, he
was reunited with Bill S. Preston Esquire, a.k.a. Alex Winter, a.k.a. Bossanova
Bill Anstedt, in a further attempt by me to get all of the original Ray TV
cast to appear in cameos on my DVD.
Peter Parker – featuring Sudden Death
Devo Spice of Sudden Death and I kicked it old school Spidey style as we
have done many times before. We also got some close-up footage of us doing this
on Sunday afternoon.
Sex
Kittens From Mars – featuring Carrie Dahlby,
Megan Bender, &
Moonbeam Frey (& Ken
Sherlock)
For the first time ever, the song “Sex Kittens From Mars” was performed live
on stage courtesy of Carrie Dahlby, Moonbeam Frey, and Megan Bender, with
costumes by Megan & Moonbeam. They did a fantastic job, and I hope I can get
them to perform it again at future conventions that they are all at (like
PenguiCon). We got some extra close-up footage of them as well on Sunday
afternoon too. I came on stage for my rap verse and for my “Mammories” solo,
the latter of which was interrupted by Ken Sherlock as Barky the Canine
Music Critic.
I Love You, TiVo – with ShoEboX, Devo Spice, & Earl Luckes
Behind me on stage were ‘the Luke-Tones’, Earl Luckes, Devo Spice, and
ShoEboX, sporting black t-shirts and sunglasses singing (lip-syncing
actually) the back-up vocals for my new Doo-Wop song “I Love You, TiVo”.
They did great since we had no rehearsal and no time to even really talk about
it to each other. Having watched the tape, you guys did great and were
hilarious, thank you so much. I had a big cardboard heart with a TiVo logo on it
so I could express my love to the object of my affections.
A Man Named Jayne
Armed with my new plastic dino toys, I performed “A Man Named Jayne”,
complete with the ‘SHINY’ audience response.
After the song, I did a ‘Moment Of Standing Ovation’ in memory of The
Nick Atoms. The audience happily complied.
Then I brought MarsCon 2006 Dementia Con Chair (and former Nick Atom) Earl
Luckes to tell the crowd about the line-up for Sunday.
Star Wars Prequel Homesick Blues
With some newly fixed up cards, I performed my “Trilogy” follow-up.
Vader Boy – featuring Carrie Dahlby
To finish off the show, I brought my powerhouse Sunday punch of a vocalist, Carrie
Dahlby as Senator Avril-Dala Lavigne to sing my Dr. Demento hit from last
year “Vader Boy”! She did a great job, as always. When I came out, I was
truly for the first time “Sk8r Vader”, sporting a skateboard, which I
attempted to ride around on stage, despite not being able to see too well in
that stupid mask.
The show ended, I thanked Carrie and the rest of the cast, and said goodnight.
The crowd was doing that whole ‘we want more’ thing, so after Jared ran
around and put new tapes in the cameras, I gave them their encore.
Encore: It’s A Fanboy Christmas – w/ ANYONE who would like to sing
as my Christmas Chorus
I invited anybody who wanted to to come on stage and sing back-up as the Luke
Ski Tabernacle Choir, and we performed “It’s A Fanboy Christmas”, will
Bill Putt holding the Ave Jadzia signs, and catching a flying tribble.
All in all, despite no sound check or rehearsal time, I’d say the show was a
big success, and I have over an hour and fifteen minutes of footage to use for
the DVD. This may even end up needing to be a 2 Disc set! >:) So to everyone
involved, I thank you again.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Musical: Once More With Feeling
Once my concert ended, I did my best to clean up my stuff and get out of
Carrie’s and everybody else’s way so they could get everything set up for
“Buffy: The Musical”. When it was discovered that the DVD player we had been
told would be there was not there, we hooked up my laptop to the system, and
after some experimenting, we got it to work. As a pre-show, I showed them the
fan-made music videos by Shana, (aka Yuuki Miaka / Postal Pichu) of
“Vader Boy” and “Wannabe A Slayer”, which went over great with the
crowd. Then we plugged in the DVD and started the show. Having had a rehearsal
earlier that day, things went really well. Carrie Dahlby did an excellent
job as Buffy, complete with accurate costume changes. I played Spike, and I
personally feel my performance was Spike-tastic, but I’m not really the expert
on that. Everyone did a great job, and a lot of fun was had by all. There is
already talk of doing it again next year.
After that was all done, I didn’t have any energy left for anything. Still,
Carrie and I went to “Level 13” and made an appearance. In the karaoke room,
Steph sang “1985” by Bowling for Soup in her 80’s girl outfit, Carrie sang
“California Girls” by the Beach Boys in her Cheer Squad outfit, and I sang
“Hell” by the Squirrel Nut Zippers in my usual outfit. After that, we passed
out for the night.
Sunday:
After pouring some much yummier chewy bacon down my throat, Carrie and I met up
with Eric Coleman and ShoEboX to rehearse Carrie’s song choice for the
Dementia Smackdown to happen later that afternoon.
Tom Smith & Luke Ski: Improv & Request Show
Since Tom had to get on the road and go home to Ann Arbor, MI, I had him do the
first half hour of the show with me taking the second. Tom showed off his
musical improv skills by making up songs on the spot for 30 minutes. I had to
run out of the room and take care of some things so I missed most of it, but the
crowd really seemed to enjoy it, and I video taped it to watch it later. :) I
got up and took requests, aided by my new master background music mix discs of
all of the background music I have available. The songs I did (If I remember
this correctly) were “Fantastic Voyager”, “Mystery Science Theatre
Picture Show”, “Insane And The Brain”, “Bender Roboto”, and “Hill”
It was cool, because (1) no props or costumes to worry about, (2) I got to
talk a little bit as John Allen was cueing up the song, giving people a
little bit of background on them. I may want to do this again someday, and
I’ll have to go into my cassette archives to see if there are more songs I
have background music for that I’ve forgotten about.
After that, I went back up to my room and filmed the pick-up footage I mentioned
earlier with Jared Ringold. What I hadn’t mentioned yet is that the
last song we filmed for was “House Party At Arkham Asylum” , with me
in Joker clothes and spray-painted green hair, along with Megan as Poison
Ivy and Moonbeam as Harley Quinn. Once we wrapped up there, we went down
to the main stage for the Smackdown.
MarsCon
2006 Dementia Smackdown
Hosted by the MarsCon 2006 Dementia Chair, Earl Luckes All of our
dementia acts brought it to the stage one last time to perform a cover version
of a well known and loved (or completely obscure and ridiculous) dementia song.
Except for Tom Smith who had already left, but he did end his set at
12:30 pm by performing “Lobachevsky” by Tom Lehrer. Whipping up a set
list on the fly, here’s who performed what:
Raymond & Scum – “Generic Blues” by “Weird Al” Yankovic
A great cover of a classic Al tune.
Eric Coleman – “Dead Puppies” by Ogden Edsl
Eric got the crowd singing along with Dr. D’s most requested song of all time.
Sudden Death (featuring ShoEboX)– “2600” by Positive Attitude
A kick-ass classic video game rap covered excellently by Devo & Shoe.
(Original version now available on the tech-dementia CD “Technobabble”)
Worm Quartet – “R2D2” by Shoegazi and “you were wrong cabinet sanchez”
by Worm Quartet from “Laughter Is A Powerful Weapon: Volume 2: Funny Musicians
For A Serious Cause” (http://www.funnymusicians.com)
Due to the shortness of his first song, and the necessity for Jaye Kitty &
Ms Throwin to plug “Laughter: Volume 2”, ShoEboX gave us his anti-tribute to
bizarre spam subject lines.
Hot
Waffles – “The Yolk’s On You” – a very brand new Hot Waffles song
Talk about hot off the griddle! This is legendary. According to Chris Waffle’s
intro to this song, some drunken fool on ‘Level 13’ said they should do a
song about eggs. When Chris questioned the man as to why he thought this was a
funny idea, he got indignant and said, ‘it’s a great idea, you’re just not
talented enough to pull it off’. So, having had the gauntlet thrown in their
faces, Chris and Timm wrote that night / the following morning a completely
hilarious song about eggs in response to him, aptly titled “The Yolk’s On
You”. It slayed the crowd and got them a standing ovation. I know Jared had
his DV cam rolling on this, I beg of you to make an audio mix from your camera
(assuming a better one isn’t available from another source in the room) and
send it to Hot Waffles so they can send it to Dr. Demento.
The Gothsicles – “The Golden Girls Theme” and “The Strongbad Techno
Song”
In the spirit of their cover of the “Full House Theme”, they told everyone
at MarsCon, “Thank you for being a friend”. They followed it with “The
Strongbad Techno Song”, made all the more funny my DJ EYG’s malfunctioning
keyboard since the chorus lyrics were "The system is down!"
the great Luke Ski – “Witch Doctor” by David Seville and “M‘06DS
Freestyle” improvised on the spot by the great Luke Ski
Choosing to sing as 'Gilbert' rather than a chipmunk, I performed the classic
“Witch Doctor”. Afterwards, since we were a little ahead on time, I goofed
around on stage a bit, and then to show that it’s not just Hot Waffles who can
come up with songs quick, I busted out a freestyle rhyme about all of the
dementia acts at MarsCon 2006. Granted, not as funny as “Yolk’s”, but fun
nonetheless, and I got to do my darkNES impression for the first time. :)
Carrie Dahlby (featuring the great Luke Ski, ShoEboX, and Eric Coleman) –
“Carrot Juice Is Murder” by the Arrogant Worms
Carrie Dahlby chose to be rather generous and make the choice for ‘her’ song
to be one that she just sang back-up on, along with ShoEboX, Eric Coleman on
guitar, and myself on lead vocals. I explained that my green hair was due to a
change of heart I had since they saw me last on an important issue, then we
began “Carrot Juice Is Murder”. The crowd really seemed to love it, and it
made a great end to the concert, and end to the Dementia Track of MarsCon 2006.
After that, people rushed to buy more CDs of all the great artists there, and we
took some massively large group photos on stage...

...Soon after everybody packed up all their
stuff in their cars, shuttles, vans, what have you, and went home, bags full of
merch, glee in the hearts, and songs on their ears and their lips. What else can
be said except, ‘See you next year’.
Actually there’s a lot more to be said, in the way of thanks. Thank you to

{gilbert} GEE, DID I FORGET ANYBODY?!?!? {/gilbert} Oh yeah! >:P
She was Princess Leia in "Grease Wars", she was
the blonde cheerleader holding the "S", she was the Sex Kitten in
green, she was Senator Avril-dala Lavigne for "Vader Boy", she
organized and starred as Buffy in “Buffy the Musical”, she orchestrated
"Carrot Juice is Murder" for the Smackdown, she sewed together an
orange shag fur pimp coat that many said would be impossible to pull off, she
got Issue Two of “The Ski Bums” put together and released at MarsCon 2006,
and when not in other costumes, was dressed in pink and looked like her cartoon
LiveJournal icon. She helps me out in so many ways on a continual basis, asking
very little if nothing in return. I couldn’t have pulled off everything I did
at this convention without her help, and for all of that, I am incredibly
grateful to her. Carrie Dahlby, my angel, thank you.
If you are someone I didn’t thank and felt I should have thanked you, by all
means, please repond to this by telling me what a stinky insensitive jerk-head
you think I am, and I will mail you all my Muppet action figures so you can melt
them down into the cast of “the O.C.”.
To all my friends, fans, fellow dementia
artists, con staff and all, thank you for another great year of dementia at
MarsCon. I already have ideas for next year, so please stay tuned, and don't
forget to pre-reg and book your hotel for 2007. http://www.marscon.org
Until the next time I need to plug something,
