When e-mailing me, here are some questions you could answer in your e-mail that would benefit the both of us…  Would you like me to e-mail you weekly on Thursday afternoons to remind you to listen to my internet funny music show "Dementia Revolution"?  Are you a dementia artist, or in a dementia band?  If so, what is your stage name / band name?  Are you interested in sending me a promotional copy of your music for airplay on “Dementia Revolution”?  Are you a radio/internet dementia DJ with a show that is currently on then air?  If so, please fill out the extended questionnaire that I'll e-mail you upon your response, so you'll get promotional Luke Ski CDs mailed to you.  Are you interested in booking Luke Ski to perform at your convention / enent?  If so, please tell me all about the con / event and I will send you a list of my needs with my response.  Would you like to suggest a Luke Ski song to be a future “FREE MP3 of the month”?  Are you a member of "the Official Luke Ski Fan Club"?  If not, would you like to be?  And lastly, upon e-mailing me, I will assume you’re interested in being on the GNOME Productions E-mailing list.  If this is not the case, please let me know and I will not add your name to the list.  Answering all of the questions here that apply to you will help me serve your needs in the best way I can.
