Ski-bay!

LUKE SELLS YOU HIS JUNK FOR YOUR DOUGH!!!

91 items! I have literally been up all night so I could post 91 items on eBay! That's how desperate and determined I am to make some money off of all of these so-called 'collectibles' I have been accumulating like a pack rat for the past 32 years, so I can get my rent paid in February! So go check them out right now! :)

Click here to go see what's up for bid in SKI-Bay!!!

I have TONS of Simpsons, Star Wars, & Star Trek stuff, some Muppets, Futurama, Lord of the Rings things, some miscellaneous Cassettes, CDs, & VHS, Toys, Comics, and other bric-a-brac. None of the entires are amusing to read, except for possibly the one that contains the word 'happy', and the one that contains the word 'beat'. Oh, and there is one little piece of Luke Ski history that you hard core fans can fight over.

You go look, and hopefully bid. I'm gonna sit here and cross my fingers and prey that this all wasn't a big waste of my time. ;P

LUKE SKI NO LONGER SELLING HIS CDS THROUGH CDSTREET.COM

Why? Because CDstreet.com has not paid me any of the money I have made selling CDs through their website for September, October, and November 2003, totaling $560.19. I had to call and e-mail them repeatedly since March 2003 to get them to pay my settlement checks at all, and since September 2003 they have completely stopped answering my e-mails or even answering the phone at their business number, and obviously, they are not returning any of the messages I have left for them as well in the months since I was supposed to have received my remaining settlement checks.  I filed a complaint with the better business bureau of Dallas TX (http://www.dallas.bbb.org), and I am encouraging all artists out there who have their CDs for sale at CDstreet to stop selling their products through them and file similar complaints, since it is obvious they have no intention of paying any of the artists who use their website. I have heard from several different sources that their company has lost their financial backing, and rather than admit that to it's clients, they are simply not paying them until they can find another financial backer to get them on their feet. I also have heard that they have stopped sending CD orders off to customers as well, which means all their business is doing is using indie artists to take advantage of online CD buying customers and keeping all of the money for themselves.  This from the website that supposedly supports indie music.  I would like to start working on a class action lawsuit against them enlisting the dozens upon dozens of artists who have similarly been taken advantage of by them. If you are such an artist, please e-mail me at LukeSki@Juno.com and let me know who you are, so we can get this thing organized.  Thank you for reading.
